Pepsi IPL 7 2014 4th Match was played between Sun rises Hyderabad and Royal Rajasthan played at Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi. It was second match of double header, the first match saw over 400 runs made now it was match between two teams which was laden with all rounders.
Toss was won by Shane Watson captain of Rajasthan Royal (RR) and he elected to field first. With accurate bowling and and help of slow pitch Rajasthan Royal (RR) managed to stop Sun rises Hyderabad for just 133 for loss of 6 wickets in their quota of 20 overs.
Sun rises Hyderabad is supposed to have best bowling attack in Pepsi IPL 7, pace battery is being lead by Dale Steyn and spin department is being taken care by Amit Misra and Karan Sharma. Many thought it will be cake walk for Sun rises Hyderabad (SRH) when Royal Rajasthan (RR) lost its captain Watson and scoreboard read as 31 runs for 3 wickets. But Ajinkya Rahane and Stuart Binny played with clam head and made sure that Rajasthan Royal crosses the line in a tense match.
