Harbhajan Singh Plaha was born on 3rd July, 1980 in Jalandhar, Punjab, India and commonly known as Bhajji is an Indian cricketer. Bhajji is the most successful off spin bowler who has the second-highest number of Test wickets behind Muttiah Muralitharan of Sri Lanka. Harbhajan is an attacking bowler who is known for his ball control and ability to vary his length and pace. Bhajji made his Test and One Day International (ODI) debuts in early 1998. In March 2001, he pocketed 32 wickets in three Test matches against Australia including the hat-trick, which was the first Test hat-trick by an Indian bowler.
