BAW Mendis decided man of the match for his outstanding bowling performance. In reply opener SR Watson played a cracking innings for Australia, made 57 off 24 balls with 6 boundaries and 5 big sixes. SL restricted Aussie at 149 and won the 2nd T20 match by 8 runs.
