Virender Sehwag has been a headache for bowlers around the world but one thing which has been a constant pain quiet literally for Delhi bomber is his shoulder.Sehwag has previously said that he is participating in this year’s IPL with a niggle in his right shoulder and will continue to do so till he is comfortable playing.With his team languishing at seventh place and almost out of contention for play offs GMR (owners of Delhi Daredevils) in consultation with BCCI has decided to send Viru to london for him to undergo surgery.GMR sports director B Vanchi told Times of India: “Sehwag’s injured shoulder is definitely a concern for everyone.He is one of the most important players in the Indian team and if he needs surgery we are not going to stand in the way and be selfish”.
The injury has meant that Sehwag is almost ruled out of the West Indies tour and may cast a shadow over his presence in England bound squad in July.
