Sachin Tendulkar is a big name in the history of cricket for more than 20 years he worked wonders with his bat,but as a team leader he is totally flop.
Last year in the final contest IPL 2010 against Chennai Super King he disappointed his supporters, in this year 2011 he could not reach in the final. In fact he is the best cricketer not a good skipper for his team.
