Cricket India Academy had initiated a Skill test cricket tournament from 15th of Jan 2012, at Kohinoor City Club, Kurla. The objective behind this tournament is to develop young cricket aspirant in to great cricketers through high quality cricket training programs. and also to select the cricket India Academy under-14 cricket team. All the cricket training programs are designed by Coaches from cricket Australia and Cricket India Academy. This includes participants from various schools like American School of Bombay,Euro School,G.D.Somani School, Oberoi International School etc. Program Ambassador Brett Lee is the ambassador of the Cricket Education Program. This rock star cricketer is much loved in India and is a great ambassador for sportsmanship and athleticism. Cricket Australia to certify coaches to impart Cricket Education Program to budding School Cricketers in India
Cricket India Academy will work with Cricket Australia to train the next generation of India Cricketers

We just received this press release announcing from Cricket India Academy(CIA) about Cricket Australia’s efforts to certify indian coaches to improve Cricket Training. This is welcome news and we congratulate folks at CIA for fostering this development in India. Check out the press release Mumbai October 12, 2011: Cricket India Academy, in conjunction with Cricket Australia and Fourth Dimension International, will train, assess and certify coaches through the Cricket India Academy Coach Induction Program from October 10 to 17, 2011 at Kohinoor City, Kurla. This program focuses on the theory and practical cricket coaching sessions and will be conducted by expert Cricket Australia Coach Educators to blend Indian cricket skills and knowledge with modern coaching techniques and methodologies. Coaches from Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Jaipur, Baroda and Ahmedebad have been selected for the intensive training program and will be given specific training on the delivery of Cricket Education Program, its methodologies and content and its application to the next generation of aspiring young cricketers. Cricket Australia Level 3 coaches and expert Coach Educators Brody Grogan, Tom Evans & Jason Mathers will run the program and share their vast experience of coach training in Australia and also internationally.
