Murali Kartik is a former Indian cricketer. He is left hand batsman and left arm bowler. He made his test debut in early 2000. He made his ODI debut in 2002. Due to disciplinary problems he was expelled from the National Cricket Academy. In 2007 Kartik come back into team and took 6 wickets for 27 runs against Australia. He also play in English cricket overseas and represent Lancashire, Middlesex and now Somerset. He also play in IPL(indian Premier League) for Pune Warriors.
